Port Liz Coaching is named for Port Elizabeth in Bequia, the place where founder Sienna Abdulahad's maternal great great grandmother began her crossing to America; and for Elizabeth, New Jersey, where her maternal great grandmother arrived from the low country of South Carolina and built a life and legacy.
